Senior Service and Care Coordination
Service Coordinators offer support for seniors and disabled individuals, including navigating complex health care systems and arranging transportation. Our partnership with Rocky Mountain Health Plans allows us to offer specialized care coordination.
Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS)
Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator aids program participants in achieving independence. Graduates receive escrow funds for personal use. GJHA-supported initiative.
Family Resource Program
Family Service Coordinators assist TANF-eligible families, linking them to Mesa County Workforce Center programs for career development and education.
